Well... it's a Dunkin' Donuts. It's true, I've been to better locations in the Tampa Bay area. The donuts and coffee are always good at Dunkin' no matter where you go. I thought it was strange that they didn't have any donuts on display at 6:45 in the morning. That's the best part about visiting a donut shop. Seeing all the colorfully decorated donuts and picking the one that pops out at you. Don't they usually have a special donut of the day? Apparently not that day because no one could tell me if they had one or not. The donuts were all on a metal rack that was rolled closer to the drive thru, and away from the customer's line of sight. Maybe it's placed there to make it more efficient for dive thru service, but it's totally impractical for their walk-in guests at the counter who may want to try something new but don't know what kind of donuts are available. Other than that, the service was okay.

Slowest drive thru I've ever seen. Worst thing is once you're in the line you can't get out.

This place has the worst service. I don't understand what the problem is, but they always have more than 10 employees behind the counter who don't know how to do anything. Don't bother going inside if the drive thru line is long because the line might be shorter inside but it will take literally more than 30 minutes to get a sandwich. They'll just stare at you as you wait. And wait. And wait. This is the fifth time this exact scenario has happened - I will not be back

This place needs either a new management or a new owner. I just witnessed young worker act like a pre-adolescent with a senior with a hearing device because he wanted a specific donut from the display and she just did not have the patience. Folks like her should never have jobs dealing with the customers.

The worst Dunkin ever ..I waited for more than 30 min to get 2 bagels and that's not the first time experience..may people who came after me got their orders and I don't know why only I had to wait so much ..they either forget your order or make it wrong..I go there because it's near to my house but the wait time is so much with bad service that make the whole experience worst ..
